Crawler Type Shot Blasting Machine

Charateristic

The 28GN can be used in desanding, descoring and descaling of castings,forgings and weldments. With proper protection measures, good blast wheels and the reasonable structure of abrasive recirculation system, the machine can deal with workpieces that is difficult to be cleaned and satisfactory result be obtained. It is also suitable for the workpieces that can be easily tumbled but not crashed and castings with shallow cavities. The machine can also be used for aluminum and some other non- ferrous metal. During blasting, it will produce combustible and explosive powder. So effective measures must be taken and remove all the dust in each part of the machine. Meanwhile, any open fire or electric arc is not allowed around or over the machine.
