Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine

Hook Machines are designed and manufactured according to British technology, suitable for surface cleaning of large and medium-sized castings, structural parts and heat treated work piece, surface pretreatment of steel plates and profile steels and surface strengthening of gear, springs and other parts. By using basket, small work pieces can also be blasted. Capacity of single hanger is from 0.5 to 30 tons, size of work pieces from ø800 to ø4000 mm.
Controlled by high-quality electrical control system the blast machine is compact in structure, with high efficient blast wheel and advanced abrasive recycling system to realize high efficiency, high-quality, energy saving and environmental protection.
