Raw material
The prestressed strands are made of high-quality carbon steel hot-rolled wire rods, which are twisted after dry drawing. The metallographic structure of wire rod must satisfy the requirement of 85-90% total sectional area compression to meet the requirement of product quality.

Equipment composition and introduction
Strand machine 1+6×1250
Strand machine, each set of 7 1250 I-shaped wheels, single motor drive, universal shaft connected to the transmission of the long shaft and rotating body by the synchronous belt drive, drive shaft and synchronous belt wheel expansion sleeve connection. Stable twist length ensures that the twist length of steel strand meet GB/ t5224-2003 standards;
Die Strand,Deformer
Die Strand frame is equipped with a compositing die suitable for steel strand of different specifications, and the longitudinal position is manually adjusted by the lead screw.
Tension device
The tension device is composed of the first tension device and the second tension device. The tension wheel of the two groups of tension devices rotates in the same direction and the opposing forces are opposite, so that the steel strands form tension between the two sets of tensioning devices.
Constant tension device
Two sets of fixed wire rack and one set of movable wheel rack are installed on a bracket, the movable wheel rack can slide up and down, and the movable wheel rack is equipped with a cylinder, which is used to balance the tension between the cylinder tension device and take-up, PAY OFF device.
PAY OFF and Take up device
The take-up and PAY OFF device is composed of two sets of independent I-wheel mechanisms with a capacity of up to 30 tons. The two sets of mechanisms are used alternately, one for take-up and the other for pay-off. The retracting and releasing device changes the position through the traveling mechanism to realize the retracting or releasing.
LAYER WINDER
The LAYER WINDER adopts open or closed I-wheel, and the motor drives I-wheel to uncoil the finished products by hydraulic pressure, equipped with a set of hydraulic station to control the operation of 3 oil cylinders,Ensure that the layered end of the layer does not retract.
Medium frequency tempering furnace
The device adopts fully digital microcomputer control circuit, the output power and speed closed-loop control to achieve the power and speed automatic tracking function, ensure the steel strand within plus or minus 8 ºC tempering temperature control (thermometer shows the temperature), using movable Heating mode, the device has reached the normal operation of the program after the strand wire can meet the process requirements in a short period of time, temperature, and avoided when start again not back to the fire, reducing metal consumption. Rated power: 600Kw Process temperature: 380-420 ° C
Cooling water tank
