Automatic Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine Introduction:
This machine is a special equipment for wire cleaning. It uses the shot blasting process to remove the oxide scale on the wire surface. Compared with acid The washing treatment method has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency. The equipment adopts a unique "rotating gate + double cantilever shaft" to carry the wire, which greatly improves the production capacity of the equipment. The cantilever shaft is made of alloy steel, so that the wire rod performs a compound action of "up and down + left and right swing + positive and negative rotation" during the shot blasting process to achieve a thorough cleaning effect. The reasonable arrangement of the shot blasting device enables the inner and outer surfaces of the wire to be effectively hit by the projectile. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, which is convenient and reliable to operate.
