Features
Total digital control with high accuracy and long stable operating performance.
1.PLC automatic calculation and tracking; Acceleration/Deceleration power compensation function; Temperature deviation is small in Acceleration/Holding/Deceleration process.
2.Harmonic frequency and phase automatic tracking.
Quick and complete limitation and protection of power elements.
3.Rectifier device adopts air cooling method to reduce fault ratio.
4.Low-voltage start power tracking , Min. start voltage is down to 60VDC, reduce scrap rate caused by machine stop due to low voltage.
5.Rich and friendly interface design, monitoring and recording of device operating parameters , Pre-setting and saving parameters for multi sizes.
6.Modular and separate-design sensor, could be changed separately without welding.
7.Complete communication function,Modbus/Profibus-DP,Ethenet communication,could communicate with production line and managing system in the workshop. (option)
8.Temperature closed-loop control, improve control accuracy.(option)
Control system
The PLC control system includes main control cabinet, main operation panel and on-site operation box. All the main drive motors are of variable frequency control. The main functions of the control system:
1.Start/Stop: automatic control of each driving part and power supply. Separate driving/Linkage(back or front) driving for wire leading or dealing with wire broken.
2.Speed: Synchronous control of each part. Adopt non-contact sensor to adjust speed between drawing machines, between drawing machine and extension wheels.Traction machine adopts torque control method to keep instant tension with extension wheels.
3.Intermediate power supply(heating temperature) control:Adopts closed-loop of speed, current, voltage, power. The intermediate frequency induction furnace will automatically track and adjust heating power to match the line for acceleration, deceleration or holding. (speed match power)
4.Hydraulic length cutting (manual or automatic and direction changing.
5.Man-machine interface function: Wire speed/Operation data/Fault information/Working condition, etc.
