The trolley furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operating furnace. It has an ultra-energy-saving structure, uses composite fiber insulation, ultra-light weight and high-strength micro-bead vacuum ball energy-saving bricks, the furnace mouth prevents workpieces from hitting the bricks, and automatically seals the trolley and furnace door. It can be used on level ground without basic installation. Mainly used for high chromium, high manganese steel castings, gray iron castings, ductile iron castings, rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant liner quenching, annealing, aging and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.
