Shot Blaster

Catenary type shot blast cleaning machine is suitable for surface cleaning and strengthening of medium and small workpiece for mass production, especially suitable for the complex shape, hard to overturn, afraid knocked work. By using special hanging device, different size and shape of workpiece can be cleaned or strengthened. After blasting the workpieces surface show their metallic luster, exposes the surface defects and disappears internal stress. Surface roughness can reach Ra12.5(GB6060.5 provisions), in line with the national JB/T8355- -96 grade Sa2.5. Loading, unloading is convenient, low labor intensity, high production efficiency.
